  • There is no limit to the number of applications you can send, but we recommend to apply only to opportunities you are seriously interested in pursuing. We recommend selecting a shortlist of projects that match what you’re looking for as well as your skills. Think of where you could make the greatest impact.
  • We admit candidates to projects on a rolling basis, so the sooner you apply to roles, the better.
  • Via will assess your fit and inform you whether your application has been submitted to the company. Next, the company will review and select whom they want to interview. In the meantime, Via will keep you notified on the process and for next steps.
  • Of course! We will inform you whenever there is a status change or when we receive a notification on your application process.
  • We will notify you as soon as we have news from the company about your application process.
  • Once we review your applications and it matches the project requirements, we submit your profile to the company's hiring team. If your application is chosen for an interview, we will introduce you to the company contact who will conduct the interview. From that point on, we let the company's hiring team run their regular recruitment process, while assisting you with any questions or coaching you may need.
  • All of our projects are paid with the expectation at a minimum to cover local living and housing expenses. The precise salary will depend on the company and the city of the project. Candidates are expected to pay for their airfare to and from the project destination.
  • Project compensation will depend on the company and the city of the project, but we expect a competitive local salary for each of the projects (social-impact companies will have a discount to what a for-profit company will be offering).
